Reconditioning Method
Each machinery has been thoroughly checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed before disassembly. Prior to being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential tools needed to perform a professional, high quality paint job. They provide a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each and every Skyjack machinery is meticulously reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following components are replaced with brand new parts: hoses and filters, the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, joystick controllers and the main control and main electrical cables. Moreover, every unit is given new batteries, tires and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of 90,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers, the TXLC-974 also provides eighty five thousand pounds load capacity in the 3rd and 4th tiers.
